Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

  • Conduct daily meeting to give report to leader and get jobs instruction based on schedule or priority task.
  • Make documentation of the preventive result.
  • Make documentation of the report before shift change.
  • Inform to spare part officer do to request parts or tools of the machinery / equipment.
  • Implement 6S in maintenance area (workshop and spareparts room).
  • Assists the other members to carry out preventive maintenance of machine and equipment.

 Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Polytechnic from technical background.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Maintenance Technician. (experience in an injection molding company is a priority).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical system, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Fluency in English (both oral and written) is an advantage.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety Work Management Systems (K3).
  • Fundamental knowledge of safe work practices.
