About the role

PT Medifarma Laboratories is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to join our team in Depok, West Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our critical equipment and infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximise the lifespan and performance of our manufacturing equipment

• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, providing guidance, training and performance management

• Coordinate and schedule all maintenance activities, including planned and reactive work, to minimise disruptions to production

• Monitor and analyse maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and optimise maintenance strategies

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

• Collaborate with production, quality and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues

• Manage maintenance budgets and resources to deliver cost-effective solutions

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Maintenance Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline

• 3 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry

• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex equipment issues

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team of maintenance technicians

• Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

• Proficient in the use of computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)
