Telah dibuka loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Maintenance Supervisor di kantor PT JAC Consulting Indonesia untuk daerah Karawang serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang kita inginkan adalah Manufaktur & Pemeliharaan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Untuk kualifikasi yang kami inginkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

About our Client:

Our client is a leading multinational chemical manufacturer, headquartered in West Java, renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation in the chemical, pharmacy, and water treatment manufacturing industry.

Requirements:

  1. A Diploma/ Bachelor’s in mechanical/electrical engineering is preferable. However, other disciplines with related backgrounds are welcome to apply.
  2. Good knowledge of using MS Excel and ERP systems, such as SAP.
  3. Excellent communication in English is a must!
  4. Prior experience in the chemical /pharmaceutical/ water treatment manufacturing industry is a must!

About the Role:

  1. Preventive Maintenance: Responsible for conducting preventive maintenance on mechanical and rotary equipment installed in the plant and utility sections.
  2. Inventory Management: Managing the inventory of critical spare parts for the machines This includes keeping track of necessary replacement parts to minimize downtime in the event of equipment failure.
  3. Maintenance of Rotary Equipment: Carry out maintenance work on various types of equipment, such as pumps with mechanical seals, blowers, and reactors. This involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the equipment is operational.
  4. Electrical Maintenance: Performing electrical maintenance and repair work, including the installation and replacement of fixtures, switches, and wiring.
  5. Equipment Breakdown Response: Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns. This might involve troubleshooting, identifying the cause of the breakdown, and implementing the necessary repairs.
  6. Safety and Equipment Care: Demonstrating safe work habits and proper care of equipment and tools is important to ensure a safe working environment for the team and to maintain the longevity of the equipment.
  7. Problem-Solving: Responsible for determining the reasons for malfunctions in systems or components and creating maintenance or repair plans to address the problems effectively.
  8. Record Keeping: Keeping detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including supplies used and orders made, is a key aspect of the role.
  9. Technical Understanding: Review blueprints and technical documentation to understand the equipment’s wiring and functionality, enabling them to provide accurate service and repairs.
  10. Shift Duties: Handling shift duties related to mechanical seals, ensuring that maintenance tasks are covered around the clock.
  11. Safety and Documentation: Maintain safety standards during maintenance activities and have an understanding of safety procedures, ISO standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
