About The Company:

  • The working venue is in Bekasi.

  • Our client is a Food Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Maintenance Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily maintenance activities, including production machines, utilities, and building facilities.

  • Implement and monitor Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) programs.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and utility system issues to support continuous production operations.

  • Maintain and monitor refrigerant cooling systems, air compressors, boilers, and other utility systems.

  • Ensure proper documentation of maintenance work, logs, and equipment histories.

  • Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and prioritize maintenance tasks.

  • Supervise contractors and vendors during installation, repair, or service projects.

  • Ensure maintenance activities comply with OHS standards and policies.

  • Support facility management, including building maintenance and basic construction activities.

  • Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure availability for critical equipment.

  • Prepare maintenance reports and communicate updates effectively to management.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma’s degree from Industrial Engineer or Electrical Engineer.

  • 3 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor from food manufacturing.

  • High Conversational English proficiency.

  • Knowledge in TPM, Basic Building & Construction, OHS, SIO Boiler / Crane.
