Job Description:

1. Develop, maintain and control preventive maintenance in coordination with the Production Department in order to achieve minimum maintenance cost.
2. Perform and support routine maintenance activities in relation with all production machineries, equipment and infrastructures as well in order to ensure maximum support to All Departments.
3. Organize, control and monitor corrective and preventive maintenance of machines in order to minimize machines breakdown.
4. Organize and control all utilities activities, including scheduling and monitoring in order to achieve efficiency and no downtime operation and cost effective.
5. Perform and organize calibration process in all production machineries and equipment in order to ensure the accuracy of machineries and equipment used for production. 
6. Serve and repair viscosity controller to customers in order to support marketing function as the added value product for DICG.
7. Organize and control WWTP process continuously in order to achieve the standard regulation from government.
8. Perform all health, safety and environment roles in supporting to production process in order to achieve no accident target.
9. Develop, maintain and control the effectiveness of Integrated Management System implementation by maintaining good records of documents.

                                       

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of field study Electrical Engineering from reputable Universities in Indonesia with a good academic record.
2. Advance level of conceptual understanding in mechanical, electrical, instrumental, production process, and product knowledge as well as computer area including the designing and practical aspects.
3. Knowing well Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, including Microsoft Outlook).
4. Minimum 5 years’ experience in project line production.
5. Detail and accuracy, English communication skill.
6. Know and understand about P&ID, PLC, HMI, SCADA hardware.
7. Know and understand all of applicable ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMK3 and ISO 45001, ISO 50001.
8. Physically fit.
9. Should possess technical analysis, problem solving skills therefore he/she could deliver valuable support to the production process.
10. Understanding the fire protection equipment system implementation, control drive and pneumatic & hydraulic system.
11. Willing to be contacted any time.
12. Work based on target.
