• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial engineering from reputable university.

• Fresh graduate arewelcome.

• Min. GPA 3.00

• Have good knowledge of Business Processes in the Power Steam Generation Industry

• Business skills – maintenance engineers may be responsible for managing budgets, leading a team, and liaising with suppliers.

• Familiar with SAP.

• Placement in Kab. Gunung Mas, Kalimantan Tengah.

• Proficient in English both verbal and written.

• The candidate should possess Leadership, Analytical, Conceptual, and Teamwork, and have no problem working under pressure.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for maintenance of all plant equipment per established operational procedures and good industry practices to help ensure that the highest possible levels of safety, availability and reliable output are maintained by the power plant facility as a whole.

• Designing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods

• Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults

• Diagnosing breakdown problems

• Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly

• Carrying out quality inspections on jobs

• Liaising with client departments, operations, and other engineering colleagues

• Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings, or components

• Controlling maintenance tools, stores, and equipment

• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs

• Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs

• Improving health and safety policies and procedures

• Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines

• Ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
