Job Description:
Planning Development
-
Developing an asset Maintenance plan aligned with operational risks such as identifying Critical Equipment, establishing an asset hierarchy, and applying failure mode analysis to prioritize maintenance efforts and Critical Spare Parts Management.

Developing a Major Repair plan, including schedule, scope, contractor involvement, and risk mitigation.

Developing a budget plan that includes routine maintenance, repairs, resources, and material requirements, Facility Availability and Reliability Forecasts,
HSSE
· Promotes HSSE Performance related to maintenance activities by leveraging maintenance standards to include Human Factor Engineering
· Fosters Decarbonization initiatives related to engine emission of gas turbine, fuel optimization, and alternative fuels.
Governance and Excellence
· Stewards Maintenance & Reliability framework and all other governances in Maintenance & Reliability (Shutdown Management, Defect Elimination, Maintenance Standard, etc.) implementations to all assets and provides guidance and supports for proper adherence.
· Sustains and improves M&R maturity levels in all assets by promoting knowledge sharing on best practices thru Operational Excellence framework.
· Defines KPI for M&R
Operations
· Reviews and endorses assets and reliability
· Identifies proactively assets’ major reliability achievements, challenges/threats and recommends prevention and/or mitigations measures, including resolving resources.
· Manages Computerized Maintenance Management System for all assets, for Preventive and Predictive Maintenance for all equipment, including associated business processes and documentations.
· Manages predictive maintenance platform for critical equipment surveillance and early warning detection.
· Acts as TGI representative to government/regulations related to maintenance.
· Ensure OEM and vendor sole agent engagement to ensure timely technical support, warranty management and alignment with service level agreement
· Ensuring the Quality of Work Execution, which is good through work supervision, competency management, and the use of standards and procedures.
· Foster a culture of innovation and adaptability, ensuring that the organization keeps pace with technological and process developments:
· Encourage the involvement of all relevant stakeholders and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Pre-Development/Projects:
· Supports PreDev Studies related to equipment selection, maintainability of conceptual project scenarios/options, and OEM supports.
· Ensures all maintenance deliverables (RAM, maintenance strategy, scheduled maintenance tasks, procedures, training for personnels, spare parts, etc.) are timely available for new/greenfield projects and updated for brownfield project.
