Adapun kualifikasi yang kami inginkan ialah min Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

We are looking to employ Maintenance Department Head in our New Factory at Cikande (Banten) to Monitor and Maintain the functionality of Production Machines in the Company as well as other Improvement Activities related to Maintenance and Company production.

Job Description :

  • Control & maintain the performance of production machines & factory equipment can operate properly.
  • Control the efficiency of spare parts and energy costs.
  • Ensure the availability of spare parts, wind supply and water supply for the continuity of the production process.
  • Set schedules and evaluate the implementation of machine, utility and factory equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure the availability of tinting machines and spare parts for hardware tinting needs nationally.
  • Monitor the implementation schedule for tinting machine maintenance nationally and also control service levels related to complaint handling from tinting machines.
  • Coordinate and ensure that the company’s workshop activities can run effectively in the manufacture and modification of production equipment and/or production support tools
  • Track and analyze maintenance performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies and procedures.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum 3 years experience as Manager / Department Head.
  • Have a knowledge about SCADA system.
  • Experienced in Manufacture Company.
  • Have used ERP system (Epicor) would be an advantage.
  • Someone with can-do attitude and good leadership.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of maintenance best practices and safety regulations.
