Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
• Minimum 10 years solid experience in maintenance; extrusion machine industry will be preferred, with at least 5 years as Manager / Assistant Manager
• Proven track record as a smart and creative mechanic
• Excellent knowledge & hands on experience of machinery, PLC and other systems, and their components especially in extrusion machine
• Ability to perform the measurement using mechanical / predictive tool: shaft alignment, vibration, mc alignment, etc
• Have experience and understanding in management asset machine production (asset management), incl including analysis of machine life time and preventive maintenance , spare parts management, and risk assessment of condition machine production
• Understanding Analysis of engine performance ratios and performance planning for future improvements
• Understand and have experience in managing the Trouble shooting process
• Understand the installation process machine new start from FAT, arrival handling, installation until with commissioning
• Have experience in review machine requirements new
• Strong safety & 5S awareness and commitment to transforming into the team culture
• Ability to write reports and complete work orders consistent with the duties
• Good computer applications skill, including PLC software
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Experience with practice of TPM
• Be willing to be called out in emergency situations
• Ability to demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills
• Work location In Cilegon.

Jobs Description :

• Performs thorough maintenance and repair works of mechanical related equipment & machinery and organizing the daily work schedule for all mechanics
• Inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot all mechanical related problems and resolve them in a timely manner
• Ensure that all maintenance works are completed in a safe and efficient manner and comply with all company policies.
• Ensure the inspection & periodic preventive maintenance of all appropriate equipment are PM scheduled
• Ability to define mechanical problems, collect, review, and analyze data; establish and draw conclusions
• Maintain an adequate supply of spares to fulfill maintenance requirements and facilitate a safe and efficient operation
• Prepare spare parts equipment and manpower for planned work and shutdown days
• Ensure that the safety work permit and isolation systems are strictly adhered to by the mechanic team.
• Ensure that reports for repair, maintenance, and service of equipment are accurate and complete
• Assist the electrical department with repair of electrical equipment as required
• Mentor and develop the mechanic crew members to ensure they are competent to work in their current job positions
• Ensure 5S housekeeping is maintained in the assigned maintenance areas
• Maintains positive work habits within mechanical team
• Other responsibilities assigned by company.
