The Maintenance Manager will be in charge of the plant infrastructure, production equipment & utilities.

Description

• Develop an effective and efficient Maintenance Management program for: the entire plant infrastructure; production equipment (mechanical and electrical) & plant utilities
• Set targets for the maintenance department to support the company’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Lead and ensure the maintenance team implements maintenance programs effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure the maintenance team works safely and adheres to K3 standards (Health, Safety, and Environment) and follows food safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance can be carried out smoothly.
• Implement vendor management to ensure maintenance is performed correctly, including involving third parties when necessary.
• Conduct repairs and improvements in equipment maintenance to enhance productivity and quality.
• Manage the allocation of human resources.
• Direct the handling of breakdown maintenance.
• Prepare periodic performance reports related to maintenance.
• Undertake tasks related to innovation and business efficiency improvements.
• Perform tasks related to supporting company operations.
• Provide feedback to subordinates for individual development.
• Lead meetings with the maintenance team to disseminate necessary information.
• Implement the 5R program in the area of responsibility.
• Follow safety procedures and programs.
• Report to superiors or the HSE department if there are dangerous conditions.

Profile

• Has been a Maintenance Manager for at least 5 years
• Understands ISO, HACCP, GMP, and their applications
• Possesses leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills
• Has English fluency
• Understands K3 standards and food safety
• Able to design SOPs and master the principles of maintenance, repair, and operational systems for machinery, capable of applying the 5R principles and solving problems while providing solutions
• Capable of planning maintenance and repair schedules, implementing continuous improvement, conducting preventive measures, and coordinating with team members
• Able to monitor, control, analyze, and evaluate problems, and provide precise and accurate instructions to subordinates
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Word and Excel
