Job description & requirements

Job Desriptions

Building and supporting facilities unit maintenance activities. 

• Plan the maintenance activities schedule for building and supporting facilities unit. 
• Conduct monitoring for the preventive maintenance activities such as : Daily checking for all equipment according to the schedule, Equipment borrowing activity, Maintenance and repair for equipment damage
• Conduct monitoring of the building and other building supporting facilities such as mechanical, electrical, civil, and plumbing. 
• Ensure all equipments and other building supporting facilities is in a normal condition and ready to use. 
• Conduct monitoring of the building facilities unit in accordance to the established schedule. 
• Ensure the health and working safety and working area cleanliness (5R) were implemented accordingly. 
• Ensure the completion of the repair request submitted by the user. 
• Responsible for monitoring the in and out flow of warehousing materials. 
• Ensure that the working equipment and tools were all available and sufficient for all staff to conduct their work effective and efficiently. 

Management Support:

• Participate in fire prevention activities and other hazard by coordinating with the other unit. 
• Provide technical information needed for purchasing material / equipment to the procurement. 
• Ensure the archive documentation for all activities. 
• Suggest improvement related to the Maintenance Engineering activities. 
• Perform activities related to the Quality Management System. 
• Perform other duties assigned by direct supervisor. 

Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) 
• Minimum 2 years working experience
