We are currently looking for a results-driven and qualified person as Maintenance & Engineering Manager for our Plant in Sidoarjo, East Java. This role will be manage and responsible to the overall implementation preventive maintenance process and systems for all operation equipment with minimum disruption to process production to meet customer needs and requirement as well as improving equipment performance continuously.

General Responsibilities

Lead the implementation preventive maintenance systems for production equipment and ensuring maintenance team services are always available and quick response for any maintenance problem at  location. Maintain relationship with relevant departments for larger programs.

Constantly reviewing and observing parts suppliers to ensure there is a minimum level of spare parts inventory required at all times. Periodically review inventory levels with end-users to ensure the right amount of spare parts inventory in the warehouse. Sourcing supplies of spare parts from local suppliers to facilitate cost control and ensure prompt delivery

Manage and ensuring the maintenance team is sufficiently equipped with adequate maintenance tools and equipment, and that all equipment is properly maintained and can be operated safely and ready whenever required.

Lead the production equipment that requires permits from regulatory authorities. Planning updates and cooperating with the production department to ensure that regulatory process are carried out according to a predetermined schedule and without causing significant disruption to the production process. Manage any changes that occur in the factory (eg: expansion, up-grading etc.) and notify the project team and the Utilities & Building Engineer of any changes to the technical drawings and registration by the competent authorities.

Collaborate with production to identify needs for small projects (eg: increase productivity, safety, etc.) and manage projects well. Cooperate with the Project Engineer to plan, budget and implement projects.

Ensuring that the maintenance team functions at all times in accordance with EHS policies. To assist the relevant department to implement workplace procedures to ensure safety and prevent pollution

Qualifications

Minimum D3 in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering with 10 years experience in the Manufacturing process, or Bachelor Degree in the same field with minimum 5 years work experience Manufacturing process and maintenance.

Having strong knowledge and experiences in the field of Programmable Logic Control (PLC), ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and LK3 Management.

Fluent English communication is a must.

Advance excel skill, MS office and data management.

Strong Leadership, Business Acumen & technical  detail oriented.
