This is an entry-level position in which the candidate will focus on assisting PT Reus Fantek Indonesia in growing the manufacturing and service division.

The candidate is responsible in creating sales opportunity for the manufacturing and service division of the Company and will also engage in the formulation of short-term and long-term sales strategy for the Company.

Job description:

• Interact with potential customers (i.e., email blast, business trip and site visit to customer sites).
• Understand customers’ needs. Organize and conduct presentations to customers.
• Develop sales opportunities for the Company.
• Contribute in the design of the product(s) offered to customers by giving inputs, suggestions, and/or other innovative ideas for the product(s).
• Facilitates negotiations with potential customers.
• Work closely and collaborate with colleagues.
• Oversees projects.
• Contribute in the formulation of marketing and sales strategy for products.

Required degree:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (industrial), Engineering (mechanical) or equivalent degree. A Master’s Degree is a plus.

Preferred qualifications:

• 1-2 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with other team members.
• Positive, creative, and strong passion to learn.
• Great technical and interpersonal stills, effective communicator, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• In possession of type A driver license (SIM A untuk mobil).
• Willing to travel for projects.
