About the role

As a Lululemon Factory Certified Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within the manufacturing operations of PT MAS ARYA INDONESIA in Semarang, Central Java. This full-time position is responsible for conducting thorough audits and inspections to uphold the exacting standards set by Lululemon, a leading athletic apparel brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive audits and inspections of the manufacturing facility and production processes to verify compliance with Lululemon’s quality and safety protocols.

• Identifying any non-conformities or issues and recommending corrective actions to the management team.

• Providing detailed audit reports and documentation to demonstrate adherence to Lululemon’s stringent requirements.

• Collaborating with the production team to implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry regulations, standards, and Lululemon’s evolving quality assurance policies.

• Fostering a culture of quality and safety consciousness among the manufacturing workforces.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a quality assurance or quality control auditor, preferably in the manufacturing or textile industry

• Lululemon IAP certification and customer relationship will be an added advantage.

• Good knowledge of the Inspectoral system usage.

• Participate in the risk analysis meeting to provide valuable input from a consumer and customer perspective.

• Strong working knowledge of quality management systems, process auditing techniques, and statistical process control methodologies

• Proficiency in interpreting and applying quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001 and Lululemon’s quality assurance requirements

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills to identify and resolve quality-related issues

• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to document findings thoroughly and accurately

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
