Qualification     :

• Bachelor (S1) in any major, preferably in logistics Management Background.
• At least 3-4 years of experience as a Logistics or Warehouse Assistant Manager in Trading Company.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulations.
• Excellent Organizational and Planning skills
• Excellent decision making, conflict & time management.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical abilities for report verification.
• Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations and distribution management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels.
• Prefer to location at Bekasi, Cibitung & Cikarang.

Job Responsibility :

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing and distribution.
• Supervisory logistic activities both administration and warehouse.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with regulatory and internal procedural requirements.
• Set up and maintain an efficient warehouse layout for optimal space utilization.
• Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain an efficient inbound/outbound logistic operation KPI with the most optimal cost.
• Responsible for productivity, quality of warehouse operations and inventory management (include stock count, stock accuracy, safety stock).
• Prepare and present reports on logistics KPI and quality targets to upper management.
• Controlling spare parts from arrival, storage to delivery and maintaining quality. 
• Ensure all project work adheres to established quality standards and specifications.
