Polibeli (part of Xingyun Group) is a B2B e-commerce platform whose investment base originates from Singapore and is located in Jakarta, Indonesia, was founded in 2022. Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs and shop-owners to pursue their business dreams with our strong supply chain capabilities and reliable e-commerce platform. Polibeli reaches 16 cities on the island of Java, from Banten to Surabaya.

Currently we’re looking for 2 positions – Logistics Specialist and Warehouse Specialist, with details as below: (please read the position placement  & description carefully)

1. Logistics Specialist 

Placement: South Jakarta (WFO)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor Logistics 3PL or Inhouse operations.
• Manage logistics ratio and Logistics expense
• Ensure availability of all necessary resources.
• Good network for 3PL Nation Coverage
• Collaborate with the other team to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop, manage, and enhance logistics policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Can handle project
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quick decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Fluency in English is a must.

2. Warehouse Specialist

Placement: Kosambi, Tangerang (WFO)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• ⁠Implement and enforce warehouse safety and security procedures.
• Train, coach, and manage warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiencies and productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics, inventory, after sales, and sales, to optimize warehouse operations.
• Handle any issues or discrepancies that arise with shipments, inventory, or staff.
• ⁠Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance and safety standards are met.
• Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced environment for minimum 3 years
• ⁠Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• ⁠Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ⁠Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• ⁠Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Advanced in English is a must
