We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fulfill the role of shipping and logistics executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of shipping logistics and documentation within our organization.

Job Requirements:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Logistics Coordinator
• Manage all aspects of shipping logistics and documentation
• Handle day-to-day shipping operations, including coordination and documentation
• Ensure timely delivery of goods
• Comprehensive understanding of the entire shipping process
• Oversee the logistics cycle for smooth operations
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and suppliers
• Effective communication for timely and accurate delivery
• Monitor and track shipment bookings, transit progress, and schedules
• Resolve issues during transit for on-time delivery
• Support team in export and import logistics matters
• Coordinate with relevant parties for export and import processes
• Prepare necessary documentation for export and import
• Ensure compliance with regulations in export and import activities
• Assist in obtaining regional freight quotes and rates
• Research and negotiate with freight service providers
• Obtain competitive pricing for regional and international shipments
• Handle logistics coordination for shipments outside of the ASEAN region if needed
• Maintain accurate data entry and meticulous record-keeping
• Organize shipment schedules, quotes, invoices, and documents
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in shipping and logistics software systems desirable

Requirements

• Minimum diploma or degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of shipping and logistics experience.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
• Strong knowledge and experience in shipping logistics and documentation
• Ability to handle day-to-day shipping operations effectively
• Proficiency in coordinating shipments and preparing shipping documentation
• Familiarity with managing customs documentation and compliance
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with freight forwarders and suppliers
• Proven track record in monitoring and tracking shipments
• Ability to proactively resolve issues during transit for on-time delivery
• Knowledge of export and import logistics processes and regulations
• Experience in obtaining regional and international freight quotes
• Strong data entry and documentation management skills
• Meticulous record-keeping abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in relevant shipping and logistics software systems is a plus
