Job Description :

We are looking for staff to support our team to handle Export-Import & Logistic, In this position you will take on the following tasks:

1. Understand the rules and regulations of the import and export process.
2. Checking import or export documentation for raw materials, machines, and spare parts, with regulations.
3. Prepare , Coordination and monitoring forwarder / PPJK/ express courier to make & submit clearance documents.
4. Submit and monitor requests for payment from forwarder/PPJK/express courier regarding importation to Finance & Accounting team (AP)
5. Prepare a delivery order and ensure that it is signed by the recipient of the goods.
6. Arrange delivery of goods to the client through Forwarder/Express Courier services.
7. Prepare custom shipping documents for cross-trade shipment.
8. Communicate with the client to ensure the cross-trade documents are complete, correct, approved, and timely received by the client.
9. Filling import documentation for audit preparation.
10. Sharing stuffing & shipping schedules with the sales and procurement team
11. Access system INSW, Ceisa, Inatrade, Siinas, KSO Sucofindo.
12. Understand the Letter of Credit and able to ensure import/export documents in accordance with the provisions of the Letter of Credit.
13. Managing the stock of goods in the warehouse, recording the process of entry and exit of goods, and making a stock-level report on a regular basis.

The Requirements / Your Profile :

• < 30 years old
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major with 5 years’ experience in Export Import, Warehouse, and Logistic
• Expert in import & export processes and regulations
• Having a good relationship with customs, quarantine, forwarders & PPJK
• Good communication skills in English, Fast learning, quick action, and high spirits.
• Experience using SAP is preferable.
