Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Logistic Specialist di tempat usaha PT. HIKVISION TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA untuk domisili Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Pelayanan & Logistik/Rantai Pasokan serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang kami butuhkan adalah min D3 (Diploma) & D4 (Diploma). Menurut dari ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini berikan cukup bersaing tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Namun itu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Responsibilities:

1. In charge of managing logistics-related issues, such as the import and customs declaration of items shipped from the headquarters to the Indonesian branch;

2. Following the arrival of the items, internal system processing;

3. Process customer deliveries in accordance with sales requirements;

4. Managing defective goods returned by customers at the warehouse;

5. Supervise the warehouse to ensure that the daily inventory reports are accurate. Regularly instruct the freight forwarder to conduct warehouse inventory in accordance with the requirements of the headquarters.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or higher degree;

2. Students majoring in international trade or other similar fields, or those with warehousing and logistics expertise;

3. Proficient in Mandarin and Indonesian, which are both workable languages, in hearing, speaking, reading, and writing;

4. Be familiar with the SAP system, Office system, and international trade procedures;

5. Effective coordination and communication abilities;

6. Be proactive, have a sense of teamwork and service orientation, and have the ability to endure pressure.
