Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Logistic Scheduling & Invoicing di kantor PT Mercedes-Benz Consulting Services Indonesia untuk daerah Bogor atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Pelayanan & Logistik/Rantai Pasokan serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

  • Responsible for coordination with Licensor’s Finance and Supply Chain departments in order to ensure that shipment documents and invoices are complete and compliance with local regulations (e.g., Customs clearance)
  • Coordination shipments schedule from the port of origin to port of destination based on Kits ordered by Customer every Packing Month
  • Coordination for invoice revision of Shortage, Mistake, Reject parts for customs clearance purposes of delivery
  • Actively seeking update of local regulation related with supply chain management especially for shipment processes, incoterm, and customs clearances
  • Responsible to process customs clearance for special tools and able to determine customs tariff (HS code) and understand incoterm
  • Coordinate and communicate to Head Office & Customer in regular basis and initiate problem solving in case of any discrepancies

Requirement:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from any major.
  • Minimum 5 years experience related working experience in Logistic & Supply Chain Management
  • Having a custom certificate (sertifikat kepabeanan) will be an advantage.
  • Possess knowledge of supply chain management at an advanced level.
  • Possess knowledge of international trade incoterm and shipment documents (Bill of Lading (BL), Air way bill (AWB), Invoicing, Packing List, etc.).
  • Familiar with local regulations in regards to the supply chain
  • Possess advance knowledge of Customs Processes and Export Import
  • Possess knowledge of project management and time scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and basic leadership skills
  • Having good negotiation skills
  • Excellent English, in verbal and written. German knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Possess a pro-active attitude and be able to work in a team.
  • Intermediate level of MS Office Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System Management
