Job Description Summary :

Carry out care and preventive maintenance.

Job Description :

Responsible for the implementation of Preventive Maintenance Program in accordance with the applicable schedule and ensure the machine can operate smoothly.
Responsible in the provision of Job Order to be done based on information from the relevant sections and carry out supervision of the employment of Engineering Department employees mechanical department by first coordinating with related sections and superiors.
Responsible for the implementation of equipment monitoring, the certainty of the smoothness of the machine and the modification of equipment as needed and planning.
Responsible for the making of the schedule, Implementation and supervision of the implementation of plant shut down maintenance associated with mechanical equipment and generator Set housing.
Responsible for regular evaluation of standard preventive maintenance procedures and make better changes in systems and procedures when needed to improve equipment performance and minimize down time / breakdown costs.
Quick response to breakdown equipment, prepare root cause analysis of the problem, and make corrections and precautions needed to solve problems and report to your supervisor.
Train his subordinates in trouble shooting techniques to equipment problems to prevent delay in plant equipment repairs, and establish a good team work with related sections.
Responsible in maintaining and keeping the rules of the company and its obligations can be carried out with full awareness in line with the rights received by subordinates. Maintain and keep the work discipline in full awareness.
Responsible for maintaining and maintaining all work equipment (equipment) and cleanliness of the workplace environment.
Checking the implementation of PRP, Deep Cleaning.
Carry out other duties in respect of his work as instructed by his superiors.
Responsible for achieving KPI respectively.
Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy.
Responsible for the implementation of work discipline.
Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
Responsible for maintaining and maintaining all equipment (equipment) and cleanliness at work location.
Review, evaluate and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports from foreman to section head.
Recommend improvements (if any) related to reports from foreman.

Job requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Having 2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
Having knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
Willing to be placed in Tarjun (Kalimantan Selatan)
