Ensuring company’s logistics function operates effectively and efficiently, from end to end. The Logistics Manager is also responsible to conduct planning for both raw materials and finished goods, therefore candidate with high leadership and communication skill is highly preferred.

Description

• Plan, organise and communicate the daily production activity for all manufacturing units and work with operations to ensure that the units are optimised and achieve the overall plan for the site.
• Ensure all raw materials, including additives, packaging, processing aids, and feed stocks are available to support the production plan whilst also being controlled to the corporate inventory limit.
• Co-ordinate with transport companies for the collection of goods for local delivery and export. Use approved vendors with agree tariff cards only.
• Manage both domestic & export demand.
• Supervise local administration and warehouse personnel.

Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field
• Experience as a logistics or supply chain manager in Indonesia for at least 5-7 years, who lead and developed logistics team members, and made outstanding achievement in some logistics projects.
• Passionate in logistics and expected to come up with ideas to develop logistics division.
• Well developed communication and problem solving skills.
• Experienced in handling complex and detailed situations.
• Fluent in English.
• Having experience in managing chemical products (solid and liquid) is a plus.
