We are looking for motivated and skilled candidate for the Position of Logistic Coordinator. Responsibilities of the Logistic Coordinator shall be as follows:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and monitor Supply chain activities operations, ensuring all phases of the logistic process are executed efficiently.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, tracks shipments and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Arrange transportation services and negotiate contracts with carries to optimize cost and service. 
  • Prepare shipping documents, including bills of landing and customs paperwork and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacture and customers to ensure a seamless flow material and information
  • Resolve any issues or disruptions in the supply chain promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the logistic function.
  • Stay informed about current logistic and transportation laws, regulations, and compliance issues.
  • Manage the sales and operating planning process to maintain between supply and demand
  • Responsible for managing custom clearance process and its execution in timely manner
  • Responsible in managing Custom Exemption Certificate
  • Responsible to ensure smooth clearance for each delivery 
  • Responsible to coordinate with forwarder on requirements of clearance for each equipment

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistic Management or Industrial Engineering
  • Indonesian Citizen Only
  • Experience in managing import and export shipment
  • Time management
  • Decision making abilities.
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Good negotiation skill
  • Familiar with Ms. Office family, etc
  • Well understanding the workflow of logistic
  • Logistic Experience for Min. 5 Years
  • Professional English Proficiency is mandatory.
  • Adhesion to the Ellipse Projects’ code of conduct
