Criteria:

  1. Education : Minimum D-3 from Engineering or Economics discipline

  2. Experience : Minimum 2 years of Logistics areas

  3. Skills and Knowledge : Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Contract Monitoring, Asset Management, System and Process Documentation

Job Description:

  1. Prepare and maintain Warehouse function related stock & material, maintain office & station building, monitor assets and others warehouse activities as periodically.

  2. Prepare, receive and evaluate material received from various suppliers comply with Company’s standard and for conformance the specification processes line with the Company’s business need and prepare and update inter warehouse document transaction (transfer materials, return, etc.).

  3. Prepare and distribute material needed to all users with Issuance Form and Prepare and request approval for the addition of material codes for new spare parts outside the SMS system and ensure the filling process is in accordance with applicable procedures.

  4. Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR) and Berita Acara (BA) based on the value of contract and deliver to the user in order to support Company’s operational include of filling all document (BA, PR & Contract).

  5. Prepare, control and clarify stock and material label, record and Stock Opname based on Formulir Pengeluaran Barang to support administration processes with their work purposes and permits.

  6. Prepare and maintain Stock and Material Report to ensure its implemented periodically.

  7. Support implementation of corporate risk management, ISO, Security Management System, Sub Holding Management System and corporate HSSE programs.

  8. Carry out stakeholder engagement with related parties.

  9. Develop and provide an open honest working environment advice on the Regional Office’s issue to the Board members for conduct of business effect.
