Job Duty:

• Follow up and coordinate with CS planning Team & DSC Team & Cody Team to make sure all order verified and ready to execute.
• Evaluating Transporter Vendor, Courier and 3PL based on the SLA.
• Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
• Interact with the Vendor on a day to day basis as needed.
• Process the payment document for all Vendor to Finance Team and make sure it to process In timely.
• Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.
• Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary
• Analyze existing business processes using various methods such as gap analysis or PDA (Plan-Do-Check-Act).
• Establish measurable standards at the start of a project and then compare actual project results against the planning.
• Monthly Inventory Report, Logistic Cost Report, WH Productivity Report and many more.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Science, or any related filed.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management / Logistic / Warehouse.
• Good in English.
• Has good experience in BI Tools like Tableau, Data Studio, Power BI, etc.
• High proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint and Data Analytics Tools.
