Goal of position:

1.1 Optimise effectiveness, efficiency and performance of operations according to internal targets and external customer requirements

1.2 Engage warehouse, freight and transportation providers in all areas to ensure operational effectiveness and realisation of costs optimisation/savings potential

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in a related field, e.g., logistics and transport management, supply chain management

2. Well organized and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks

3. Organized, detail-oriented, customer service presence

4. Works well in teams and individually in accomplishing goals

5. SAP overview with transactional knowledge in MM/IM modules

Job Description:

1. Ensure incoming shipments (from group and 3rd party suppliers) and outgoing shipments (from warehouse to customers and distributors) respectively are coordinated, received and delivered in a timely manner

2. Ensure strict compliance of SOPs’ are adhered in all areas of warehouse operations to meet agreed KPI/SLA agreements

3. Update all (vendor/customer) complaints in Q module for PPM KPI tracking, coordinate and follow up on reported complaints, initiate appropriate counter measures where necessary with internal stakeholders and warehouse provider

4. Verify warehouse invoices, freight invoices and consumable purchases for efficient and transparent overhead cost allocation

5. 3rd party suppliers for warehouse consumables are evaluated and selected with alignment to defined procedures, internal signature and compliance guidelines

6. Ensure stock scrapping procedure is aligned with documented process flow and signature guidelines before initiating necessary system posting/adjustment

7. Evaluate, select and nominate scrap vendor with alignment to defined procedures and signature guidelines
