The Role Responsibilities

Job Role

Handling VISA, Mastercard, Prima, Bersama, settlement process including disputed transaction, queries, process improvement and their risks.

Strategy

• Ensure smooth process, well-handled complaints, cooperate with relevant parties, well-managed risks.

Business

• Monitor, manage and process all related dispute handling and settlement process.
• Reviewing trends for development for better process, risks and mitigation.
• Participate and arrange BCP.
• Fully support audits.
• Produce MIS report.

Processes

• Participate to recommend solutions to qualified opportunities then develop and implement.
• End to end Dispute Handling and Settlement process: processing, updating, follow-up.
• Monitor proper filing and completeness.
• Fulfilling queries, KCSA as requested.

People and Talent

• Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performance against those responsibilities and objectives.
• Support the portfolio of strategic operations and technology projects.
• Advise suitably skilled and qualified team personnel for their roles.
• Ensure your action do not put yourself and others at risks.
• Work, and encourage others, in healthy and safe manner.

Risk Management

• Participate to prevent of money laundering in line with Group Policy and Standards, and local legal regulatory requirements.

• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment].
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
• Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Experienced in VISA, Mastercard and local provider settlement processes including taxes and VAT.
• Good in analyse, reconcile along with risk management.
• Able to work independently and / or with a team.
• Experienced in disputed transaction process.
• Well-communicated verbally an in written.
• High integrity and discipline.
• No breach conducts.
