Job Description:

1. Support the Department in managing the audit progress and quality of subsidiary financial statements. Prepare and coordinate audit materials in Indonesia, communicate with auditors about key audit issues, and assist in completing internal signing of audit reports in accordance with corporate process requirements.
2. In accordance with Indonesia’s local funds policy requirements, prepare and submit foreign currency reports to the central bank on a quarterly basis, and complete annual KPPK audit reports on time.
3. Conduct professional assessments of the health of suppliers’ financial statements, and support the procurement department in supplier qualification.
4. Understand the dynamics of local accounting standards, provide solutions or external compliance suggestions for special business scenarios and transactions based on the requirements of local accounting standards. Contribute expertise to the interpretation of accounting policies and practices, and support the Department in managing subsidiary compliance

Job Requirements:

1. Accounting or related Finance major degree or master
2. 3-5+ years of experience in audit; or at least 3 years of experience acceptable
3. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
4. Professional judgments and solutions relating to financial reports are delivered in a timely manner without major discrepancies.
5. Supplier financial report assessment comments are given in time and accurately.
6. Complete annual financial statements audits in time and with high quality based on corporate requirements.
7. Prepare the KPPK report and corresponding audit report in a timely manner and with high quality.
8. Strong sense of responsibility
9. Able to work under pressure
