Job description & requirements

Admin Livestream (in house) :

Job desc :

• Be responsible for the daily management of live broadcast, maintain the order of live broadcast operation (Including set up camera, microphone, inserting stickers and gif promotion and operate go live)
• Actively interact with customers watching,
• Responsible for planning and implementing live broadcast operation activities, including activity planning, program writing, demand communication, online and follow-up summary, etc
• Through various channels, explore the resources of live artists, sign and cultivate live artists, increase the number of live artists, and optimize the quality of live artists,
• Handle studio set up camera and lighting placement, product display set 
• Assist host live stream Tiktok or other E-Commerce platform including add products, reading comments, pin products, time keeper, audience and views, set promotion, and tap likes as much
• Supervise host to always interact with audience, review product and promotion
• Manage to do troubleshooting during live streaming (content, technical & production issues)
• Pay attention to the trend of the live broadcast industry, monitor and analyze the dynamics of competitive products and propose corresponding countermeasures

Requirements :

• Experience on operating OBS or have basic knowledge is acceptable
• Live broadcast operation experience and understand various operation strategies and means of live broadcast.
• Willing to learn more about OBS and Tiktok live stream platform
• Able to WFO (live from studio) & work shifting
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Able to work on team with Host and Key Account
• Good at communication, love the Internet, and love social interaction.
• Open-minded, proactive, responsible, strong adaptability and coordination, and strong team awareness.
