Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operation and management of company’s live broadcasting rooms for influencers and artists, including planning, production, execution and monitoring of live content.
• Independently develop operation plans and promotion strategies for live broadcasting rooms, and create innovative and effective plans for live content.
• Continuously adjust and optimize live content and formats based on data analysis and user feedback, to improve the attention and revenue of live broadcasting rooms.
• Follow up on fan interactions and activities in live broadcasting rooms, to improve fan stickiness and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with resources and relevant departments to ensure the stable operation and development of live broadcasting rooms.
• Optimize the scripts and language skills of influencers or artists to increase the GMV conversion rate of live broadcasting rooms.
• Summarize and analyze each live broadcasting session, and develop optimization strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in marketing, advertising, media or related fields preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in live broadcasting room operation, with successful cases preferred.
• Familiar with the operation process and market trends of live broadcasting industry, and understand the characteristics and rules of live broadcasting platforms.
• Strong team management and organization skills, able to effectively allocate team resources and improve work efficiency.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, able to communicate and collaborate with various departments.
• Strong analytical and judgment skills, able to develop suitable live broadcasting strategies based on market conditions and company needs.
• Passionate about the live broadcasting industry, with a strong interest and enthusiasm for live broadcasting operations.
