The Role Responsibilities

Strategy

• Design, Implement and review strategic programs and actions to achieve business target.

Business

• Drive Liabilities and Mortgage business to achieve the set goals.

Processes

• To ensure continuous processes improvements, timely and proper deliverables.

People and Talent

• Lead and coach team members, conduct alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

Risk Management

• To ensure all business activities are managed under the proper and consistent process of risk identification, assessment, control and  continuous review.

Governance

• To ensure all business activities are managed under proper governance and with adherence to the set policies and regulatory requirements.

Regulatory and Business Conduct

• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment].
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
• Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.

• Branches network (CR); Client Acquisition and Customer Contact Centre; Client Experience, Digital Banking and Retail Analytic, Project Management, IT, Finance (Business Finance, BSM), Legal and Compliance, Credit, FRM, WM

Other Responsibilities

• Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in  [Liabilities and Mortgage Product team]; Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats); [Mortgage Sales]
