Today, we are seeking a Legal Specialist – Commercial Real Estate for our Commercial Real Estate Agency Team.

About Legal Specialist – Commercial Real Estate:

• Hands-on role in the day-to-day operation of the Legal task with strong legal knowledge, technical and practice in the service and real estate industry, corporate law, commercial contracts, intellectual property, taxation, dispute resolution, licenses and permits for foreigners, investment, immigration, due diligence, merger, and acquisition.
• Identify any issues in commercial agreements with the merchants or business partners
• Directly communicate with internal stakeholders on contract interpretation, negotiation, and enforcement (e.g. commercial claims and guidance on the performance of contracts) and provide clear and pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders on all legal issues affecting the business operations of the company.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to finalize agreements that align with business goals.
• Ensure effective communication with regulators to stay informed about new regulations that may impact the business.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external legal reporting, ensuring accurate and timely communication of legal matters.
• Respond to information requests and proactively identify areas for business improvement.
• Work closely with finance, tax, and other business units to address legal, regulatory, and compliance issues.
• Lead contract negotiations for sales and real estate transactions, ensuring terms are favorable and risks are mitigated.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on service processes and legal matters.
