Telah rilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Legal Senior Officer di tempat usaha PT Fuse Nano Tekno untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Pelayanan & Pengacara / Asisten Legal serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Untuk kualifikasi yang PT kami inginkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

About Role

We are looking for Legal Senior Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update legal data room.
Reviewing agreement (NDA, Vendor, Lease).
Carrying out legal research and produce report based on the research result.
Assisting manager in charge, preparing report material to OJK as well as OSS and any other Government regulator.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in law from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
At least 3-5 years as legal staff or paralegal in well established company or start-up company is preferred. .
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Always up to date regarding Law Regulation.
Had experience with handling report OJK reporting and OSS reporting
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
Ability to work on a broad subject of legal matters and adjust to an innovative and dynamic environment.
Exceptional working attitude like fast respond and fast working pace while maintaining the quality of working result, having ability to plan, organize and work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and team-first attitude.
