About the role

PT. iCT Worldwide Indonesia is seeking a Legal Regulatory Affairs professional to join our growing team in South Jakarta. As a full-time position, this role will be responsible for providing strategic legal counsel and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Advising on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate and regulatory compliance

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents

• Monitoring and interpreting changes in relevant laws and regulations, and ensuring the company’s compliance

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks

• Providing guidance and training to colleagues on legal and regulatory topics

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in legal and regulatory affairs

• Prepare product registration and extension documents (IDAK, CDAKB) and ⁠monitor the CDAKB SOP running well

• Registration and extension of import permits and BAPETEN permits

• Monitoring the process of goods in and out

• Coordinate with the Ministry of Health

• Make Monthly Reports on Registration Data Collection and the number of registered, KTD, and e-report

• Coordinate with HQ regarding product permits

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal or regulatory affairs role, preferably within Dental industry

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential

• Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly related to corporate and commercial matters

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice

• Proven track record of successfully navigating complex legal and regulatory environments

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate legal concepts into layman’s terms

• Preferably have a experience handle CDAKB process

• Understand the regulations of the Ministry of Health and BAPETEN

• Understand the management of import goods
