Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Legal & Permit Supervisor di perusahaan PT Easton Urban Kapital untuk domisili Tangerang & Banten dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Umum – In-house (Hukum) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang spesifik terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 10.000.000 - Rp 12.000.000.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree majoring in Law with minimum GPA 3,0. Master Degree would be an advantages.
Has experience on property industry is PLUS
Minimum 2 years experiences handling in legal and permit in Real Estate/Developer, with at least 2 years in the same position
Good knowledge of OSS System, LKPM, KRK, Siteplan, IMB etc.
High Integrity is a must
Good communication & negotiation skills. Able to work with hug pressure and tight deadline
Strong Legal & Permit working experiences in Corporate Law, Land Acquisitions and Land Permit.
Experiences in legal drafting, review, permit and compliance.
Responsible for Corporate Contract Documents.
Have the ability in terms of contract drafting, legal drafting, legal review, and legal opinion.
Know the regulations that apply to the Company’s business sector.
Willing to work under pressure situation.
Resourceful, sharp analytical thinking, able to think critically and identify risk

Responsibilities :
Maintain a good relationship with government & Social Issues.
Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
Ensure all company license are up to date and handling renewal of the license; including land permit and related permit.
Protect and provide services to the company with best of litigations practices.
Assure all the permit and licenses are valid, comply with regulation and manage in the most efficient way in order to gain positive value to the company.
Communicate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority.) creating relations of trust and mutual relationship.
Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
