In this position you will…

Manage legal compliance process, includes review commercial agreements to ensure that the terms and conditions are in accordance with the Company’s intentions and compliance with laws and regulations. Supporting and assist Legal Compliance Manager in legal data update, set up administration, maintain filing systems, and frequently controlling confidential materials and documents. 

You will be responsible for…

•  Having good knowledge and/or experience in Technology and Insurance law is advantage.
• Maintain and advise for company secretarial matters.
• Drafting legal contract, license, policies, and agreements.
• Advise and collaborate with internal   stakeholder on specific legal issues that may arise.
• Update required renewal aligned with timeline on agreement and legal documents
• Advising Legal& Compliance Manager on various relevant legal issues
• Manage schedule, attend internal meeting, and prepare legal memo
• Interpret laws, ruling, and regulations in legal documents
• Prepare and format legal management reports

You will require the following qualifications and skills

• Minimum bachelor’s degree majoring in Law from reputable university
• Having minimum 3-year experience in law firm
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English with the ability to engage in discussion
• Good knowledge of legal principles, practices, and procedures
• Has high integrity, able to collaborate  and positive attitude.
• Detail oriented, exercise sound judgment, and good time management
