Telah dibuka lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Legal Manager di kantor Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk., PT untuk daerah Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Pelayanan & Pengacara / Asisten Legal serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun untuk syarat yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami berikan cukup lumayan menurut dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Tapi itu semua bisa berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Main Responsibilities:

Providing legal advice and analysis in the interpretation of applicable laws and regulations and client contract clauses;
Providing post-contracting support about client matters to ensure that all contractual commitments are followed and to enforce contractual rights;
Drafting and sending formal notifications, notices, and other communications to clients;
Develop and/or update policies and procedures related to their responsibility, perform and review to ensure the implementation aligns with policies & procedures;
Draft, prepare, negotiate, and/or review contracts and other documents about any transaction, projects, or deals;
Conduct legal research and analysis on any legal issues affecting the Telecommunications, Tower or Fiber, Optics Technology Industry;
Act as an escalation point for matters handled by the Junior, Mid-level, and Senior lawyers;
Prepare Legal reports to inform any updated legal activities progress and/or other issues accurately and timely;
Monitoring and supervising the performance teams to ensure their best performance. Mentoring, coaching, and developing the subordinate to increase their engagement and create successors in the future.

Other Responsibilities:

Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Head of Legal and Chief of Legal from time to time;
Perform collaboration with respective parties to ensure the operation runs smoothly.

Job Requirements:

Min. 5-7 years of experience in Legal and 1-3 years in Managerial Level;
At least one (1) year of experience in the Telecommunication or Fiber Optics Technology industry;
Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.

Other Skills :

Commercial pragmatism, ability to apply legal knowledge and expertise to the business environment;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
Qualified to practice law in Indonesia.

Other Specific Requirements :

Having PERADI license as an advocate (active member).
