Job description & requirements

Job Description:

• Ensure the compliance of Halodoc business
• Provide legal services to the business team, including advisory, agreement drafting, agreement reviewing, legal analysis and product exploration, and risk identification
• Handle project-based work within the scope of the legal department responsibilities on an as-needed basis
• Advise and guide the business teams on legal issues and develop creative solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Law degree. 
• Have an interest or experience in law and technology
• At least 7 years of experience in the field of law, preferably a mix of law firm and in-house experience
• Advanced level of spoken and written English proficiency
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, flexibility, and collaboration must be demonstrated
• Strong ability to understand complex issues, sound commercial acumen, and help practical design solutions
• Possesses the ability to adapt and has a strong willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Willing to full work from the office
