Lowongan Kerja Kalimantan Barat Posisi Legal & Land Acquisition Manager di TKM DEVELOPMENT JAPAN

TKM Development Inc. is a company founded in Japan to promote biomass fuel production in Indonesia and the power generation business in Japan. Currently, we are recruiting a Legal & Land Acquisition Manager to be part of our founding team for our company subsidiary in Indonesia, Jakarta.

We are looking for someone with the qualifications below:

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s in Law/Agriculture/Forestry or Forest Management.
• Preferably have at least 10 years experience in related experience.
• Has extensive experience working in the role of Legal, Public Relations, Handling Permits, and Land Acquisition in Major Oil Palm Plantation/Oil & Gas/Mining exploration/Forestry Companies.
• Having solid knowledge in Land Management skills, Media Relations, Community Relations, and Government Relations skills, CSR, Plasma & Partnership Program skills, Claim & Complain (social dispute).
• Having experience in Land Acquisition Projects and Development Large-scale Plantation Projects up to 10 thousand hectares/greenfield project.
• Having Legal, Compliance, and Licensing skills with a proven establishment.
• Knowing Media, Community, and Government Relations.
• Familiar with obtaining HGU, partnerships, and permits as well as the OSS system.
• Good communication in spoken and written English would be an advantage.
• Candidate should have a firm and assertive personality with exceptional leadership abilities and managerial skills.
• Willing to work in Remote area (all facilities will be provided).
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to the management concerning all relevant issues for the plantation business of the company.
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (non-governmental organizations, public authorities, regulators, etc) as well as handle all kinds of land issues.
• Handle litigation management and various legal matters.
• Representing the company in associations and related discussion groups, to develop and maintain relationships with the company’s external stakeholders (partners, consultants, government, institutions, government officials, etc.) to actively shape laws and regulations.
• Identify and qualify potential land acquisitions in alignment with division goals.
• Negotiate the acquisition of properties with landowners, local organizations, and government.
• Managing overall day-to-day Land Acquisition activities includes planning, directing, and coordinating.
• Ensure and create a plan that the land mapping process shall comply with government regulations.
• Monitor potential land disputes that may arise from local villages, local organizations, and media.
• Responsible for the acquisition of new land in the expansion of the company plantation business unit on site. This includes the implementation of surveys, and related licensing arrangements in land acquisitions and checks the legality of land for land to be acquired.
• Responsible for designing and creating the partnership program of Napier Grass plantation development between the company and the community.
• Responsible for the preparation and realization of departmental budget to achieve the vision and mission of the company.
• Create detailed work plans for the preparation of land acquisition such as licensing, socialization, and partnership.
• Inventory and verify the ownership of land and crops before payment of compensation.
• Negotiating and controlling the compensation cost of land and crops according to the platform of management.
• Prepare and create document Land Acquisition and GRTT by company SOP.
