The Legal Corporate Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing licensing and permitting processes for clients. This role involves assisting clients with foreigner permits and outbound visa applications, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with local vendors and government agencies.

Additionally, the specialist will handle internal reporting, administrative documentation, and project tracking while proactively identifying challenges and providing updates to stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Managing, monitoring, and overseeing the licensing and permitting process for clients’ business activities (RO, PMA, PMDN, BUJKA, and others) across various business sectors.
  • Assisting clients with foreigner permits in Indonesia and outbound visa applications.
  • Ensuring that licenses and permits are processed in a timely manner and issued promptly.
  • Managing relationships with local vendors and government agencies to ensure a clear understanding of the company’s needs and business objectives, while tracking and reviewing costs.
  • Preparing and maintaining internal reports and administrative documentation related to licensing, permits, and project progress.
  • Reporting on project status, identifying potential challenges, and providing updates to management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirement

  • Freshgraduate are welcome.
  • Open for any degree (Law degree is preferred).
  • English is a must.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated, result-oriented, go beyond expected.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to perform good work attitude and professionalism both independently and with a team.
  • Assertive & persistent in communication, and strong negotiation skills.
