Kami memberikan persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, & Gelar Professional. Menurut dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 35.000.000 - Rp 45.000.000.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal support and advisory services to the relevant business units to protect the company’s interest in day to day business activities;
Ensure that contractual agreements appropriately address regulatory issues and other business risks;
Draft and/or review contracts, agreements and other documents in relation to any transaction, projects or deals;
Provide assistance in acquiring permits and licenses;
Involvement in new initiatives and projects to assess compliance with regulatory requirements.
Support internal business division on relevant regulatory aspects of commercial dealings when required.
Handle responses to regulatory communications, enforcement actions and other government inquires and consultations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university;
At least 5 years of similar experience in Telecommunication industry;
Good understanding and knowledge of telco license, laws, regulations and risk management principles in Indonesia;
Familiar with ISP,JARTAPTUP,JARTAPLOK
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Fluency in Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and review Mandarin documentations).
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently across businesses and geographies
High level of professional ethics and personal integrity.
