Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Pelayanan & Pengacara / Asisten Legal serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan syarat yang kita butuhkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 5.000.000 - Rp 7.000.000.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Law
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of which at least 3 years are in legal/compliance for a manufacturing company
  • Understand company licensing through OSS
  • PERADI membership is a plus
  • Excellent analytics skills and attention to details
  • Excellent people’s skills with the confidence and intelligence to communicate effectively
  • Candidate has to be a self-motivated, creative, and persistent person with a high sense of initiative
  • Displays indications of high loyalty and integrity
  • Basic English and excellent computer literacy are required
  • Fun and enthusiastic member of the team

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing every draft agreement made between the company and other parties, as well as identifying risks to the agreement and not limited to contracts/NDA.
  • Reviewing and approving all purchasing or sales agreements.
  • Developing and updating company SOPs and internal code of conduct.
  • Responsible for updating information, analyzing and implementing relevant laws and regulations by providing updated regulations, checking if there is issuance, amendment, and deletion of laws and regulations related to company activities, and making legal opinions/legal studies.
  • Responsible for updating information on national and local regulations, especially those related to company licenses, and responsible for monitoring and ensuring company licenses are in accordance with applicable laws or regulations.
  • Responsible for assuring all internal and external activities comply with prevailing government regulations, laws, and company codes and standards.
  • Provides clear and business-driven legal advisory on all legal aspects of company operations.
  • Update the company’s policies and guidelines.
  • Managing and filing company legality documents, licenses, and certifications required by the company and its subsidiaries and ensuring that all of them are still valid and active.
  • Helping the department to interpret and implement all regulations applicable to the company and ensure compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned related to legal activities.
