What Will You Do:

• Draft and review agreements and associated documents for the Lender and Borrower onboarding process;
• Draft and review MOUs, regular partnership agreements, strategic partnership agreements, NDAs, and other relevant legal documents/agreements;
• Negotiate, draft, and execute cooperation agreements with third parties on behalf of the Company;
• Support day-to-day business operations, including communication with other divisions, drafting or adjusting necessary documents/agreements, and ensuring compliance with prevailing regulations;
• Maintain and update the legal data room (documenting all legal materials);
• Conduct legal research and prepare corresponding research reports; and translate legal documents as needed
• Assessing and incorporating the needs or requests of potential partners into agreements;
• Identifying clauses in agreements that may not be advantageous to the company;
• Conducting legal research on issues raised by other departments, particularly those related to business plans or marketing decisions;
• Translating company letters, agreements, and documents between Indonesian and English;
• Adhering to company policies and instructions;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of company information.

What Are The Requirements:

• Holds a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university with a CGPA min 3.00, and 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the P2P industry is a plus;
• Demonstrates a keen interest in the financial technology industry, with a focus on Peer-to-Peer Lending.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
• Exhibits honesty, conscientiousness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
• Demonstrates excellent analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills; and
• Possesses strong individual player capabilities and the ability to influence.
