Pengalaman yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Pelayanan & Pengacara / Asisten Legal serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan butuhkan ialah min Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 11.000.000 - Rp 15.000.000.

Job Descriptions:

  • Draft and review various agreements and any other legal documents.
  • Provide sound legal advice on any potential or actual legal issues (including internal wrongdoings, claims, dispute, legal actions, court proceedings).
  • To constantly research and updates on relevant laws and regulations
  • Support and assist business units to negotiate contracts with their business partners Establish, review, and update internal policies, rule, or regulations related to legal and compliance matters.
  • Handle the creation, implementation, socializations and monitoring activities for any compliance related matters in the company.
  • Liaise, communicate and cooperate with our regional legal for any legal consultation with and assignment from regional legal.
  • Support and assist sister companies on legal related matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor majoring in Law, min. GPA 3.00 from reputable university
  • Min. 5 years of working experience in private practice at prominent lawfirms or companies
  • Hold Certified Advocate License
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office (word, excel, power points)
  • Significance Experience in drafting legal documents both in English and Indonesian
  • Good legal knowledge in Indonesian corporate law, particularly contract law, company law, and investment law
  • Good understanding on the regulations in trading business activities
  • Have experience in handling investment and acquisition matters.
  • Good drafting skills, good analytical, communication, critical thinking and problem solving skill

Type of employment   : Permanent with 3 months’ probation 

Yearly Bonus (based on performance appraisal and company profit) paid 2 times a year

Range Basic Salary: 11 ~ 15 million (Assistant Manager level)

Transportation allowance (fixed allowance)

Overtime paid based on Government regulation

BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan (based on Government regulation)
