Butuh cepat!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Leasing Manager (Mall) di kantor PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk untuk kota/kab Jakarta Pusat atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang usaha kami butuhkan ialah Bangunan/Konstruksi & Properti/Real Estate serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun untuk syarat yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

-Market research and competitor analysis.

-Ensure the marketing team is fully resourced and well directed

-Define Target Markets and develop applicable pricing models.

-Search and identify potential big tenants based on marketing strategy analysis.

-Identify and analyze the needs of tenants and develop recommended solutions.

-Provide data, analyze and make recommendations to management as a consideration in making policies -and/decisions regarding prospective tenants and or in the process of extending the lease agreement.

-Handle and review leasing agreement

-Coordinate and ensure the preparation of agreement documents is precise and accurate

-Build good relations with big tenants as a potential for obtaining new tenants.

-Make periodic and ad hoc reports in connection with marketing activities.

QUALIFICATION

-Hold Bachelor Degree of any major from reputable university, preferably majoring in Marketing/Communication.

-Minimum 6 years in similar position (Building/Property Management or related field).

-Able to operate Advance Property+ Software is more advantageous

-Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English

-Able to work under pressure and self-motivated

-Able to explain product knowledge, analyze, and strategize well as customer needs
