Skill yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Staf / Administrasi umum serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

● Responsible for the smooth and effective program administration process and student affairs

● Ensure compliance with the regulatory and statutory requirements and standards

● Ensure funding and fee collection are completed before the class run.

● Able to propose suitable training and SSG funding solutions to learners

● To perform telephone duties

● Proven ability to engage and handle customers’ requests

● Able to engage peers and work as a team.

You will need to coordinate and assist the Singapore team to:

– Work with the LSC team on class confirmations with minimal class cancellations.

– Coordination with the marketing team for the required specific activities to boost course registration in-flow.

– Identifying and building relationships with prospective customers

– Achieve team target for all assigned programs

Requirements:

● Possess minimum a diploma, with at least 2 years of experience in Admin roles

● Proficient in MS Office applications

● Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment

● Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese-speaking associates)

● Required to work on weeknights and Saturday mornings occasionally
