Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies tailored to meet the business needs.
  • Ensure alignment with global training initiatives, while considering local market needs.
  • Deliver engaging learning sessions to store teams. Utilize a blend of training methods, including face-to-face, online modules, and workshops.
  • Work closely with department heads and store management teams to conduct training needs analysis and identify skill gaps. Design customized learning plans to address these gaps.
  • Create, update, and curate training materials, ensuring that they reflect current trends in fashion, footwear, and customer service excellence.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs. Use feedback and data to make continuous improvements to the learning offerings.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to managers and team members to ensure learning retention and on-the-job application of skills.
  • Assist in identifying high-potential employees and developing training programs that support their growth within JD Sports.
  • Maintain records of all learning activities, track progress, and generate reports on learning outcomes and development milestones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 year of experience in learning and development, with a focus on retail industry.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role or managing a team is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs that align with business needs and organizational goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal) is required.
