Dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Learning Partner Assistant Manager (Retail) di tempat usaha Erajaya Group untuk daerah Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Pendidikan/Pelatihan & Pelatihan & Pengembangan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Adapun untuk syarat yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Merupakan ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami berikan cukup bersaing menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Namun itu semua bisa berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Job Description

  • Research learning and development practices in order to meet organizational, department, and individual development needs
  • Communicate course requirements with trainers, facilities, learners, and external suppliers with agreed timelines
  • Provide a reliable point of contact for all learning and development matters
  • Ensure staff attend internal and external learning events to meet legal requirements and wider L&D strategy
  • Produce reports on learning and development activity using agreed HR performance indicators
  • Prepare or select any learning and development materials or programs required by the learner/trainer
  • Produce and maintain accurate records of learning and development activity in compliance with procedures
  • Monitor and collate L&D evaluation forms
  • Support the L&D team in achieving their development goals
  • Manage the learning and development calendar
  • Provide administrative support to staff and managers in the planning and delivery of L&D events and strategy
  • Provide administrative support to the wider HR team where required

Requirements

  • Good office-based admin skills, ideally in an HR / L&D environment 
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team 
  • Discretion, with an understanding of the need for confidentiality at all times 
  • Experienced in Retail industry
  • General understanding of HR / L&D activities
  • The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail  
  • High level of integrity and ability to recognize and correct mistakes and maintain continuous improvements 
  • Experience in working with training and development providers 
  • Knowledge of where to access up-to-date learning and development information 
  • Knowledge of Data Protection
