What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Support L&D Manager to develop, implement and maintain L&D projects based on business and individual development needs to build business competence
• Work with L&D Manager, SO and Store partners to contribute to the creation, update and implementation of our central training plans. Support and advice managers and co-workers on HR issues, regulations and responsibilities and proper administration of the corrective action process
• Work with different resources (internal and external) to plan, design, prepare and deliver country level training programmes and ensure the quality. Together with IISBV, DF, SO, Store partners and external resources, develop efficient and helpful L&D material/resources and make the best use of them
• Provide L&D support & advice and help build the pipeline of internal talent according to agreed training/succession plan
• Oversee the internal training resources and needs and develop internal trainers to enhance the competence of the business in an efficient way. Responsible for training policies, budget, administrative systems & processes to ensure they are up to date, accurate, efficient and compliant with audit procedures
• Act as a cultural role model in ways that demonstrate the IKEA values within and outside IKEA, which also includes safeguarding and promoting the IKEA Culture and IKEA brand. Know the HR department action plan, deal with all initial enquiries to HR function and escalate where appropriate, deliver the HR action plans together with the HR team to realize our IKEA HR ideas

We want you to be a person who:

• Has an ability to independently and reliably work on agreed HR actions with facilitation skill, good communication, good analytical skill, good presentation and data documentation skills
• Social skills and high accessibility, fast perception and ability to implement requests at short notice, ability to prioritize and organize own work in line with agreed company priorities
• Experienced as a trainer and facilitator, prefer having Min. 3 years-experience in L&D
• Business understanding and a background with the customer in focus
• Ability to prioritize and organize own work in line with agreed company priorities and ability to translate Bahasa Indonesia-English
• Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail in work and responds in a timely manner
