Job description & requirements

As the Learning and Development Operations Lead, you will play a vital role in managing training programs and lead the initiative of new learning experience features development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and technology, excellent problem solving, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Description:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of learning programs to ensure they are running smoothly and meeting quality standards
• Evaluate and analyze training program effectiveness through assessments, evaluations, and participant feedbacks for continuous improvement
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the quality of our learning programs and features, as well as ensuring its compliance
• Build and manage relations of all project related stakeholders and customers, such as instructor, mentor, participants, student success, advisor, coach, etc including conflict resolution, engagement, and disciplinary actions
• Proactively identify problems and find efficient, creative solutions and apply 
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire qualified and culture-fit talent
• Oversee, mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful training program
• Stay up to date and research for emerging trends and best practices in learning and development, and online training methodologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Information System, Information Technology, Mathematics, Education, Business Administration, or related field in reputable university (Binus/PrasMul/ITB/Gunadarma/related)
• 4-5 years of experience in learning operations and management, learning development, product management, IT project manager or related fields. Experienced Project Manager of a Management Trainee Program in Corporate is highly preferred
• Excellent planning and organizing skills with track record of managing complex projects with attention to detail and the ability to take an overview of operations and develop creative solutions to business challenges.
• Strong in data analysis/analytical skill with proven track record in managing, implementing learning and development project that successfully increased student’s completion rate
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Growth mindset, continuously update knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in data, learning and development
• Willing to work onsite in BSD, Tangerang area
